How to Syndicate your listings on Zillow and Trulia….
Zillow & Trulia will stop letting agents post their own listings starting May 1st.
The change won’t apply to other listing types, such as for sale by owner (FSBO), (paid) “Coming Soon” and “Make Me Move” listings, which typically must be manually posted by agents or homeowners.
This is a power play to force agents to push their Brokerage or MLS to post all the listings on Z & T.
There are two ways to get around this and I already use both of them.
