Looking for an inexpensive way to wow your sellers? And make your job easier!
I have been using http://agentmarketing.com/ (previously ePropertysites.com) for several years.
It looks good and it is cheap. As little as $10 per listing or $10/month up to 10 listings. They also have more expensive plans. You can also get a Broker or Lender Plan for an even better deal!
The basic plan includes a Single Property Website, One-click Social Media Posting, HD Virtual Tour & HD Panoramic Tour, Responsive Mobile Website, Craigslist posting, Syndication Feed, Text Messaging WITH Call Capture & more.
Here are 2 of my listings using this system.

How My Facebook Page Hit 200 Likes In A Day & Helped Five Charities

This is an interesting way to get a lot of likes, if you have a FB business page.
Reputation Management is very important.
Apple and Bing feature Yelp reviews. Some show up on Google.
Yelp is one of the most important places for reviews, however, it “ghosts” some of your clients testimonials.
Businesses have a common complaint against Yelp for the positive reviews being filtered or often hidden. This happens because Yelp’s algorithm does not consider comments from profile that is incomplete or incorrect, resulting positive and unique comments being filtered. Therefore, it is essential to ask your clients to complete their profile in order to get their reviews recognized publicly. This includes a Facebook link if possible and inviting you and others to be their friend on Yelp.
Yelp’s algorithmic filter tries to prevent review scams by weeding out comments from people who haven’t filled out their personal profiles completely and who have left only a single review on the site. Unfortunately, this filtering process can censor both actual satisfied customers and people who haven’t visited a business and are paid to leave phony, exceedingly positive reviews.
So what can you do? If you see good reviews being filtered out of your Yelp profile, reach out to the customers and let them know that their comments aren’t being seen. You can encourage them to fill out their profiles more completely, review other businesses they know and add you as a personal friend. As their level of Yelp engagement goes up, their positive reviews should become public on your page.
Also, go to their profile and, if they have any other reviews, click on the Useful, Funny or Cool buttons. I did that and 4 reviews showed up the next day!!!
Request a review from every client. Prep them with “I am going to give you “5 Star Service” through this transaction so I can get 5 Star reviews from you. Does that sound like a deal?” Now you must deliver on that promise.
Give your client instructions on how to avoid Yelps filters. Ask them to write a review of their favorite restaurant or other businesses, then write yours. Ask them to fill out their profile with details and a Facebook link. Ask them to write at least one paragraph because Yelp likes details. It should contain the city and even the development if there is one.
Studies have proven that keywords are crucial in having your business appear higher on Yelp. For example, if you typed in “Seattle sushi rolls” into the Yelp search bar, businesses with more matches of the keywords used (Seattle, sushi, and rolls) will have a higher chance of appearing higher in the search.
Respond back to the review on Yelp, Especially if the review is less than 5 stars.
Never offer to pay for reviews! You will feel their wrath if you get caught.
One last word of warning. Do not get excited about asking for reviews and ask everybody in your database to review you. Start slowly and try to get 4 to 6 per month. If Yelp thinks you are cheating, you can be all your reviews removed. That is not good!!!
